If you are in need of a urologist and you somehow find Dr Sender .... Considered your self beyond blessed. First of all, his staff is very friendly and welcoming. They all work so well together and you can tell that the work environment is not toxic the NP. Ryan , is very friendly and knowledgeable. When I met Dr. Sender, I felt like I had knew him for years, he has a very welcoming presence and caring, He's professional he's to the point. He has a sense of humor and he's very diligent. I would not trust anybody else because I'm picky. I have went to another Urologist, Completely different vibe , also, I got my appointment very quickly. He was fast. I was in and out of the office quick , with a plan in place ! Dr. Sender thank you for treating me good I had a horrible experience with my last urologist and I was scared to go back to handle this kidney stone. But this Doctor gave me hope. I visited Dr. Sender's office on three separate occasions for the same or very similar urinary symptoms. Despite repeated visits, it took considerable effort on my part to get the necessary diagnostic testing ordered. When the test was finally performed, I was told that the lab had mishandled the samples and failed to process all three, rendering the results inconclusive. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this kind of oversight raises concerns about the quality control and coordination between the office and the lab. What made the situation more frustrating was the follow-up--or lack thereof. I was told I would receive a new lab form via email, but it was never sent, and I received no further communication. The only consistently positive experience I had was with the front desk staff--particularly one receptionist who was kind, welcoming, and helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was disappointing. After three visits, I left without answers, and with time and money spent without any clear path forward. Ignorance is not excusable. Avoid at all costs. Should have waited for a more competent doctor.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this urologist was unacceptable. He spent more time reminding me he had "already given me 40 minutes" and "had other patients waiting" than actually addressing my concerns. His breath smelled strongly of onions, and he was literally speaking with half-chewed food in his mouth -- an unprofessional and unhygienic presentation for a clinician. The RN and receptionist both gave me conflicting information, and when I pressed for clarity and asked to speak with him again, he responded dismissively. His prescription choice -- neurological medications -- would only have worsened my condition. As a doctor myself, I would never treat a patient with such disregard, poor communication, or lack of thoroughness. This doctor urgently needs to update his knowledge base, particularly regarding biofilms and how they can complicate antibiotic treatment. Patients deserve clinicians who listen, research carefully, and approach their work with professionalism and respect.

Dr. Sender is Awesome! He is very nice, professional, and a great listener to his patients. The office staff are amazing too.

Dr. Sender is always very thorough. He has been my urologist for years and I always leave feeling like I was heard and my problems will be resolved. The office staff is also top notch!
