If I could give this place a lower rating than one star I would. My husband and I came here for our first pregnancy and we were completely discriminated against. The first Dr we saw was an NP and she came in fully judging my husband and I for how young we looked and how shocked we were that we were having a baby. Again this was our first pregnancy so we had no idea the steps and what to do, and she made us feel like we were incompetent. We asked to be seen by a different Dr for future reference and they agreed to switch us. We had our first ultrasound done and no one told us that our readings would be done by an out of network Dr. Our readings were not even read to us as we had a miscarriage the next morning and no one followed up. That same NP and a separate Dr also failed to tell us that we had to go in to do some more tests prior to our miscarriage. After we went to the ER for our miscarriage, none of the Drs (and we saw three different ones in total) ever gave us next steps for the miscarriage or resources or even gave their condolences. This was beyond the worst experience, not only did we have a miscarriage but the care that we received was so unbelievably poor. I am absolutely disappointed in this facility for dealing with something so fragile and traumatic and making it even worse.

I contacted this place at least ten times to try to Speak to someone about my pain. A nurse keeps putting me on hold and they say she is in the phone with another patient for over a week. Asked to speak to manager and they still told me she will call me back but never did. I cannot believe they practice without love or care for people. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place

I went with Facey Medical Group for my prenatal, delivery, and postnatal care after I had to switch my insurance early on and my then-current obgyn was no longer covered. I had a positive experience all around - a couple minor things/events could've been better but nothing to dissuade me from continuing to seek care here. In the first half of my prenatal care I saw Cassandra Chen - her and Claudia (medical assistant) were absolute joys to see and I always felt well taken care of. I started seeing the practice doctors after week 28, rotating through so I could meet as many as possible before delivery, since I didn't know who would be on call the day-of. I especially enjoyed seeing Dr Kazadi and Dr Tuso. My delivery day doctors ended up being ones I didn't previously meet but they were just as nice as all the others. I plan to continue my care with Facey for any obgyn needs.

I have been to this facility twice now and both of my cases were urgent. The first time I called I was not confident somebody would see me the same day but I was very pleased that they did. They are compassionate and understanding. I have not experienced this anywhere else. I am thankful and grateful. Kudos to the doctors and staff!

My wife and I are expecting our first child and we had appts with Cassandra (Casey) Chen, WHNP. We have nothing but great things to say about her. My wife and I are both Nurse Practitioners and can vouch for the quality of care that Casey delivered. She was very friendly and kept it light but also provided honest and thorough information. She took the time with us and explained things really well and we felt prepared for what's to come. It definitely gave us some reassurance during this scary time as first time parents. Would highly recommend Casey, NP. She was everything what we would want from a provider. The medical assistant Claudia was also very friendly and made you feel like you've known her forever. She, too, brought some cheer and a relaxing atmosphere during what can be an anxiety-filled time.
