Not to happy there doctors are over booked. I have to have hip replacement and most of there orthopedic doctors don't do hips and the one maybe two are so booked you have to wait 4+ months just to get the surgery even though your in so much pain and can barely walk there's no hurry by referrals in fact they get nasty when you call them. I live alone and have no help to survive and they don't care.

Today, I visited the White Team office in Suite 310 and was warmly assisted by the front desk receptionists, who were extremely kind, professional, and attentive to my needs. While I was in the waiting area for my appointment, I witnessed a deeply concerning incident.
A woman, whom I believe is named Mayra and may be in a supervisory or managerial role, entered the room and began yelling at the receptionists in front of everyone. Her tone was aggressive and unprofessional, and she accused them of being on their phones--even though they were clearly focused on assisting me at the time. What was most alarming was that she proceeded to throw a clipboard in their direction, which nearly struck one of the receptionists. This behavior is completely unacceptable and created a very uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere.
I would like to formally report this incident and request to be contacted regarding this matter. The reception staff were doing an excellent job and did not deserve to be treated in such a disrespectful and unsafe manner. I hope appropriate action is taken to ensure a safe and professional work environment for both employees and visitors.

Saw Dr Azzam for a routine physical. That was it! Received $580 bill for office visit. Coding incmpetence resulted in my insurance being unable to pay their portion. FACEY refuses to fix, not sure if due to incompetence, laziness or combination of the two. I'll never go to Facey ever again.

Facey is sneaking a depression evaluation in your intake paperwork for annual check ups that cost $13 without telling you. They tell you to complete all the paperwork but do not give you notice that the 3 question evaluation is an extra fee.

I cannot believe the absolute incompetence of the staff here. My son broke his thumb. The staff other than Dr. Chowdhury, who was very caring, do not care about you or your child with a broken thumb. They put a makeshift splint together and used a couple Band-Aids and SCOTCH TAPE (yes I said scotch tape) to hold it together. Then referred me over an hour away to see a pediatric orthopedic surgeon when that same doctor has an office next door. Trying to get that fixed took hours of phone calls and dismissive attitude. Then when it was finally re-approved to the proper location the staff here told me they would fax the authorization over to the surgeon in 72 hours.
Again, they don't care about you or your kids. No urgency, no care and incompetent. My son has needed a cast on his thumb for days and they treated it like nothing was wrong. I was one last phone call away from just going to the emergency room for a cast until the customer care center finally answered and faxed the authorization over in 5 minutes (they were great). If they would've done this right the first time, my son would've been treated last Friday now he cant see the surgeon for another week.
Avoid this location if possible.
