Dr. Paula Bailey-Walton, MD

Never given any attention. She did no exam. Always blood tests and never gave me results, even though I asked her nurse and her for a print out. She was taking calls from her hospice patients when I took time out of my work day for my appointment. Now I find out she no longer takes my insurance, which I was NEVER notified. IMO "Dr" Bailey and Heritage Sierra Medical group needs to be reported to the medical board and I am in the process of doing so. For those who are holding out hope she'll do what you need, don't. I have had to go elsewhere . I was also told she no longer takes Blue Shield PPO after months of calling their India call center, begging to speak to someone from her team, yet no one told me. Not her office, not heritage Sierra-joke med,, not her nurse, no one. This place is an absolute joke and I'm working with the medical board to deal with these people. None of them belong in the medical profession.

I have been seeing Dr. PBW for years. She is always so patient with me, comprehensive in examinations not only physically but also mentally/emotionally. I have never felt rushed, she is always calm and she truly listens. Would recommend 100%. The only thing I am not crazy about is when you call to ask questions or schedule appointments, you are calling an international calling center. I have experienced some cultural and linguistic barriers when trying to communicate.

Dr. Paula Bailey resonates so well. Appreciating deeply her patience and time she takes to communicate in understanding with compassion. She's taken the time to research what this body goes through which was unknown to her as well is majorly unknown to many Dr.'s. What impressed me was: She started searching about the issue shared with her ~ she didn't pass it off she desired to understand and learn of this unique physiological issue. Appreciate the kindness of nurse beside her in office who is very kind & gentle, compassionate with a lightness to hear humor & respond. Hey, lightness in a Dr. office relieves the stress of having the visit. Appreciate Office Receptionists who are so patient & kind on phone ~ Wouldn't mind a moment in time for Crumpets & Tea All Together for only a moment in time. Thank You TEAM ~ EACH & EVERY ONE

I got summoned for jury duty and she refused to fill out the Dr.'s section on why I should be excused without an appointment to do it, though I had one scheduled for the next week. I'm sitting here wondering how long until the warrant gets served for my arrest for it. I am a disabled American suffering from mental illness and anxiety and I gotta say she has put me on the verge of snapping. If you want a doctor that watches out for your well being you need to look elsewhere. I'm still trying to figure out if it is because I am native american descended, disabled or homeless that makes her so spiteful. Technically and legally this is called negligence. I will be filling out paperwork with the state liscensing board investigation so the state keeps a record on it. If you Dr does something like this to you in CA you should call the state licensing board.

I Love Dr. BAILEY. She has been my physician for the past 3 years. Not only is she kind, very knowledgeable. I have a very complicated health History and Dr. Bailey does not hesitate to refer meme when necessary
