When selecting a cardiology group in San Joaquin we've learned that this medical group is not connected to any major hospital, has no technology for communicating with the physician or their staff, and doesn't inform a patient of a potentially high invoice post service. What a surprise receiving a $1,400 invoice after a simple procedure with no advance warning. I guess it's our fault for not asking, lesson learned, but I will do everything I can to communicate how unethical this practice is in patient management.
