I had a terrible experience at this place. I scheduled for an echocardiogram on 9/20/2025. This tech, Ricardo was already 15 minutes late for my appointment that was scheduled at 7 AM. He had an attitude and was very rude. He asked me all these questions as if he is a doctor. He had attitude from the beginning. He was very rude and then he grabbed my arm. I complained and said I would like to see another tech. This is completely unacceptable. Don't touch my hand. I complained because of his actions and they gave me a better tech. And he was very rude. I already had scheduled an appointment for echo with my doctor but I decided to have my echo done at this facility but what kind of bed side manner is this?! This is completely unacceptable. I asked to switch my technician and he said you would have to reschedule. Who are you?! There are other techs in this facility. The other tech was very nice and knowledgeable. They shouldn't hire other tech Ricardo that don't know how to do their job. And keep their hands to themselves. He was very arrogant and rude. This was unacceptable and unprofessional! I would rate that Ricardo 0 if I could've
