Thank you Chris, Norma, and Rosa and Maggie for the always excellent service and care, you are the best. Thank you to Dr Budoff, I've know Dr Budoff x 20 years, he saved my mothers life and all the staff have taken care of my family abd I since early 2000s. As a military veteran/family of veterans, we greatly appreciate all of you abd your great care and expertise. I'm a family practitioner and highly recommend the referral of patients for screening and testing if the cardiovascular system to prevent morbidity and mortality.

If I could rate them lower than 1 star, I would.... some huge -ve number. This "business" is the most incompetent and excessive focus on money that I have seen here in the US. Despite the attempt of 2 technicians & 6/7 attempts, they were unable to put an IV catherter to put in the Dye. They made me sign at least 3 or 4 times on paper and iPad (same verbiage) that I claim financial responsibility if insurance did not cover it. Moreover, they tried to upsell additional pictures etc. Eventually I walked out, leaving me very dissatisfied with the whole experience. Rosa, the second technician, to her credit showed a lot of empathy.

For two weeks I've been trying to get a bill with a correct place of service code. I've been passed around to several people being told they would look into it. It should NOT take this long. I highly recommend you do this all in person and double check all the paper work as they do not care.

Rosa was a young lady who did my ct. I was terrified and she helped me with a smile. She answered all questions with in her scope. At a time like covid , it is very nice to see people like Rosa who love their career and provide 2nd to none customer service. Highly recommended. Edgar Jimenez ER Rn and Rosa's patient
