I'm sorry this office is overworked. I went 2 times. Shushila just seemed like she didn't have time. The only good thing I got was a dermatologists recommendation. I told her about my bellybutton the first time. She didn't even look at it or give me information. Sushila charged full price to my insurance. She spent less than five, maybe ten minutes with me both times. Only one person works at the desk, and my heart goes out to her. She is a sweetheart. Taking too many walk-ins and calls for one person and working with in patiens. I don't even think she remembers me because she actually helped me in my early adulthood. This is my childhood, Dr. So this review makes me sad.

I feel it's my duty to warn others to NOT come to this doctor. Her office was more like a junkyard than a doctor's office. She's so rude and treats her patients like a nuisance.

I'm writing this review for my Aunt who had just been diagnosed with Breast Cancer. She has survived it and is currently Cancer Free. "They won't see you unless you pay upfront all charges. The receptionist needs to be more compassionate to the patients. Instead of assuming that the patient should know Insurance questions and how they run their office. I've seen many doctors (33) in the last four months, this is the only doctors office that wants all the fees paid UPFRONT, or they will cancel your appointment. They don't bill you and won't bill you if you ask. The doctor herself is great and the other assistant to the receptionist that handles records was sincere and patient in explaining things further. This may result in me finding a new primary doctor's office, hopefully not." -Cancer Survivor
