Great experience from the check-in to seeing Dr. He asked many questions and listened to my concerns. He told me my issue is really minor, but ordered the necessary procedure anyway, but I cancelled it. I'd recommend Dr. Rasic.

Doc was actually nice and seemed to care. But the overall experience, especially the ladies in reception and follow up, was transactional to the Nth degree. Not exactly "rude," or "un-professional" just the feeling of going through a bill-mill looking to get you in, get you out, and cash the check as soon as possible - with just a dash of passive aggression thrown in.
