David Weiss, MD, is board certified in internal medicine. He completed his undergraduate degree in exercise physiology at University of California, Davis. He earned his medical degree at the University of Michigan Medical School. Dr Weiss completed his residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and was chosen as Kennamer Fellow allowing him to work closely with multiple subspecialties to improve the care of surgical patients. For the past 26 years, Dr Weiss was a partner in the Westchester Medical Group/Center for Heart and Health working closely with his patients in efforts to empower them to take an active role in their health.

Dr. Weiss is an excellent physician. As a primary care physician specializing in cardiac care he works with his patients to address risk factors BEFORE your first heart attack. He collaborates well with other care providers and maintains a well-run team of support staff. He listens well and takes extensive notes so that follow up exams refer back to concerns previously mentioned. I recommend him highly and Indread the day he retires.

He cares for your health, listens to you and always follows up with your concerns. He always makes time for his patients. The staff and doctors always made it feel like family. Dr. Weiss is the best doctor I have ever had. He is thoughtful, thorough and covers all the bases on every appointment I have ever had with him. I have been going to him for over 5 years now after going to several doctors that just roll you in and roll you out. He really does make the effort to connect with his patients and you never get the feeling that he is in a hurry to move on to the next patient. You may have a bit longer of a wait to be seen but once you're in his office you feel like you have his undivided attention. I just can't recommend him enough, too bad there are not more doctors like him!
