I had to come out to the boonies because there were no appointments available anywhere sooner. The staff here are all so friendly! The doctor was nice looking and nice as well. The doctor did a great job trying to see how he could help. The office is modern and clean. The lobby actually is inviting and has a view! The atmosphere is relaxing. It was all so quick and painless I absolutely did not mind the drive. There's a lot of parking available in front.
I regret ever visiting the UCLA Health, the ridiculous 6 to 8-month wait to see a doctor is puzzling unless insurance preferences are heavily impacting scheduling without any regard for patients. Additionally, the front office staff appear untrained, unfriendly, and dissatisfied. Considering all of this, UCLA Health seems to operate more as a financial institution than as a medical organization dedicated to helping people. Update 3/27/2025: The standard response provided is inadequate. My concerns, shared by some other patients, require specific and actionable solutions. Please address the recurring issues raised in the reviews directly, right here, for the benefit of all affected, if you are genuinely committed to patient care. Reviews offer clear insights into the problems requiring your attention.
I have been patient of UCLA Health just after they came to the Conejo Valley. I have seen a number of different doctors in several specialties and have been treated with kindness and concern. My questions are answered clearly and they will repeat answers when I seem to not understand. The portal allows me to ask questions outside having to come into the office. And if it requires a bigger explanation or examination, they reach out to tell me to come in. I am glad to have such excellent doctors and medical services available.

They charge 2000+ just for 2 office visit no tests performed I was just talking to the doctor! Unbelievable. Fun fact: UCLA charges you when dr responds to messages on the portal which is equal to a full doctor visit in other places.
