Dr Reddy had been an exceptional advocate for both me and my husband, Dan when challenged by insurance companies regarding the necessity of treatment or medication.
She has called immediately when unexpected lab results arise and provides a written letter confirming all is well or with recommendations or a request to schedule an appointment for routine non-urgent matters.
She answers a ton of questions on every visit in a kind fashion and without being dismissive as many Drs. Can be.
I highly recommend her. Carol

I have been with Dr. Reddy for a number of years. I have found her not only to be thorough, but also to be personal. She takes time to listen and remembers small conversations from the past. I do not always expect doctors to call personally. If that responsibility can be handled by someone else in the office, I would rather have the doctor's time spent in a more productive way. I am sorry that your experience was not positive.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Medical Center that I feel compelled to share. The overall atmosphere was marred by consistently rude staff members who seemed indifferent to patient concerns.
My phone call experience was particularly frustrating, as I was repeatedly put on hold for extended periods, totaling around 20 minutes. This not only wasted my time but also left me feeling disregarded as a patient.
Moreover, I was given misleading information about insurance matters. Despite being assured that they don't accept my insurance, I later discovered that this was a blatant falsehood. Such misinformation only adds to the frustration and erodes trust in the professionalism of the staff.
In summary, my visit to Medical Center was marked by discourteous behavior, lengthy hold times, and misinformation regarding insurance coverage. This experience fell far short of the standard of care one would expect from a medical facility, and I hope that my feedback encourages improvements in their customer service. They need more training.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Reddy for a few years now. What a wonderful, caring, intelligent and capable doctor. She takes the time to listen and is very thorough in her exams as well as her assessments and recommendations. We are so happy she came to Lakeside and is a part of our medical group. Thanks Dr. Reddy!

My sister went to the emergency room all day yesterday and had tests. They advised her that she had liver lesions and that her primary care Dr. will need to refer her to an oncologist. Dr. Reddy did not even call my sister today to check on her or tell her she put the referral in. My sister called her at 10 am and her front office person called her back at 4pm and said she will have to come in on Thursday to go over results. Dr. Reddy should have called her personally today and discussed this and put the referral in. She does not show any personal care for the patient. My sister is in full blown anxiety. You would think the Dr could pick up the phone. When the emergency room tells you need to go to an oncologist, it is pretty scary and neve racking. I would not recommend her if she doesn't have the time to even call the patient herself.
