All the staffs are very nice me. Always respond my emails and questions, Dr Avedikian is awesome, very knowledgeable and dedicated, he makes me feel comfortable explaining my situation and design my treatment considering what is best for me long term. He gives me all the information in detail in clear language. I am very fortunate to find a doctor like him.

Dr. Nels. D. Carroll was a referral to me and as soon as I met him I loved his pleasant demeanor I immediately felt very comfortable with him and will be forever grateful for his excellent care.

Every single person in this office is exceptional. They are extremely professional and kind. They are on time. And basically everything you want when you make an appointment with your physician or anyone else for that matter. I feel very fortunate to be in their care.

Dr Carroll is one of the best we have seen! Before my appointment, I was a little nervous. But everyone who works there is kind and will help you feel comfortable. Dr Carroll is a surgeon you can feel comfortable with. He not only answered our questions, but he pulled up the MRI images for context. He discussed complex details in an easy to understand way and continued to show that he was interested in our concerns. He kept asking if we had any other questions, and took the time to help me understand the big picture. I left there knowing what my next step was and my husband and I trusted him. I really appreciated that he brought CARE into Healthcare. Before my appointment, I Googled his name. I was so impressed, I wanted to share what I saw on Los Robles Hospital's website, "Dr Carroll is a pioneer in robotic thoracic surgery. He has performed groundbreaking procedures in Southern California using this technology, including robotic-assisted coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) heart surgery". And in an outside interview he performed the "first-ever robotic chest wall reconstruction and single anesthetic robotic lung cancer resection in Ventura County". Thanks Dr Carroll!!
