It's almost impossible to reach the front desk via phone - it rings with no answer; the front desk staff of whoever answers the phones lack compassion and understanding. The office cancelled my appointment due to the provider being out of the office and I was offered another appointment 7 months out - and I'm an established patient for years. Unacceptable. I have no desire to go back to this office with this kind of business-oriented behavior. It's just not right to treat patients this way and I am very saddened by the experience I just had today. Be aware!

It took 2 months to get an appointment with them. They didn't even know why I was trying to make an appointment when my Dr. Had sent over a referral and a completed heart monitor test. Noone ever picks up the phone. I wasn't going to leave a review but the receptionist was extremely snarky so that was my last straw.

Front desk doesn't care to do their job. Called repeatedly trying to get test results, phone rings 30 times then hangs up. Heart monitor was in June.I called repeatedly through july and august with no one answering the phone. Not much better walking in. Aaked for an appt. She refused. Asked for link to pt. Portal, receptionist said the portal would not give me t he information I wanted, that I needed to see my referring physician. I said that was twin cities, she argued with me. I ask Again , for a link to the portal. She said she would send it.but she never did. Spoke to a supervisor mentioned the phone problem, she said she was aware. Said you needed a four digit code to get anyone to answer but didn't give me the code. Asked for a consultation app. to get results of heart monitor, receptionist said I had to get results from my referring Dr. I explained that Dr. Dennish was the one who wanted the monitor, she argued with me. That is when I got to see the supervisor. Supervisor was willing to give me an appointment but at this point I was just angry. Really like doctor Dennish and the back staff, but the front desk all need pink slips

I have yet to speak to a human answering the phone. 12 times in 2 weeks I left message giving my phone #. I tried acting like a Drs office even. Have yet to hear from them. After reading reviews there is no way I will waste my time.

I'll never go back. Such a lack of care for the patient! I came from my home 32 miles away. On highway 46, they have a flagman and slow downs. I got in the office at 1:38 pm on February 18, 2025 for a 1:30 appointment. I'm positive a time stamped video would show this. I checked my phone. By the time they took the patient in front of me it was 1:42. The extremely rude staff member told me I was later than their ten minute late policy allowed and I'd need to reschedule. She said she checked with nurse practitioner, Sandy, and confirmed this fact. This was for a follow up to my ER visit. I'd rather die, than go back to that office. Literally. I'll look for a new doctor.
