It's almost impossible to reach the front desk via phone - it rings with no answer; the front desk staff of whoever answers the phones lack compassion and understanding. The office cancelled my appointment due to the provider being out of the office and I was offered another appointment 7 months out - and I'm an established patient for years. Unacceptable. I have no desire to go back to this office with this kind of business-oriented behavior. It's just not right to treat patients this way and I am very saddened by the experience I just had today. Be aware!
