AWFUL! Don't go here! I had my yearly physical here as a new patient and I started off struggling to find the place. Upon arrival, I waited for OVER 2 HOURS to be seen by the doctor. Nurses and admin. staff didn't seem to care much, as if this happens often, and had to physically interrupt the doctor talking to another patient to remind her I had been waiting for so long. There is metered parking outside and I asked them if I needed to move my car because the time was up from me waiting for so long and they seemed unphased saying "they won't ticket you on Tuesdays." When Dr. Blesa finally came in the room, she barely did anything for this physical aside from take my pulse and I had to keep correcting her on what I was there for. INCLUDING my info. I know she confirmed my correct phone number with me, but still on all my files, my phone number is wrong TO THIS DAY. Dr. Blesa is difficult to communicate with talking over you whilst still not understanding what you're asking for and she kept pushing me to get a pap smear early in the morning because of her preference of time of day to give them, which felt really gross to me after the fact. Pap smears are stressful enough, why do I have to adhere to your weird early mornings only rule? Expect her to physically write everything on paper, hand you horrible photocopies of flyers that are clearly a screen grab from a website for how you can essentially give the health care to yourself and be prepared to repeat yourself a lot, with no resolution. Additionally, getting a referral was so difficult to contact the "referral specialist" you would think I was asking them for their first born child. After months of phone tag, I finally got the referral I needed but was still forced to go IN PERSON to pick it up. It was the most generic notepad paper literally filled in the blanks introducing me to the specialist WITH ALL INCORRECT INFORMATION. Luckily, my referred doctor was able to take me despite this so I could be rid of interacting with this doctor. If you need any lab records or records of any sort they force you to go in person to pick them up so be warned. Definitely avoid this office and doctor at all costs.

Runnnn fast from this place !!! It doesn't feel like you're talking to a doctor -- it feels like you're talking to someone's out-of-touch grandma who can't grasp today's understanding of mental health. She can barely walk, can't hear you properly, and struggles to communicate. She can't use the system to enter your info and she's in and out of the conversation. Honestly, she should be retired and in assisted living, not practicing medicine. It feels unsafe for patients to rely on her for care. You have been warned!

I am giving this office a 3 because of the wait time. Aside from that, I had a really good experience with the doctor. I think the doctor is caring and patient or least she was with me but perhaps her earing is not as good as it once was, but she is still working and seems to take her time to do a thorough job. The staff in my opinion was really friendly. They answered my questions, and I asked a lot of them. The lady who took my stats was very pleasant, funny and friendly, she actually made the wait time pleasant! The receptionist, Bettye was nice and patient as well. I will go back but the wait time is a bit uncomfortable. I will find a day that is not too busy, if that exists. I can be a picky person at times, but I will continue with this office as my primary care provider. I'll keep you posted. Sometimes, it's the attitude you go into the environment with. We have to support each other; we are all in this together. Great job Dr. Marta Blesa and I can't forget Ilene. Yvette:)

I truly regret scheduling my appointment with this doctor. Not only was the appointment useless because she barely looked at me, but also she dismissed what I was saying and did not send the referrals that she said was going to send. The rest of the staff was mediocre.

Staffs are friendly, but the doroctor is rude. She doesn't care at all about her patient, I think she majorly does gynecology not pediatrics. All the tools looks very outdated, super unprofessional. The only good people are the nurses, friendly and very skilled
