Doctor Collins has the worst office staff I have encountered since moving to Temecula 7 years ago. Rude, total 'woke' attitude, that is not acceptable. One examlpe, they are still using their old address on Single Oak instead of Technology Drive for this Google entry, even after being in new location for over a month. Doctor Collins your staff is giving you low marks. Clean house!!!

I came here because this is where my insurance sent me! Lord I learned I need better insurance. Dr Collins is probably the only the person worth even coming here for honestly. Office is unorganized and they jam so many patients in 1 time slot that you will sit here for at least 90 mins till you are seen. Let's not forget to mention how staff lies and says yea they have called appts when in fact they have not! I hope Dr.Collins opens his own practice and gets better staff! He is amazing!!!

It's difficult to believe that care could be so bad. With a diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis, it took five days to get the office to call in the prescription for an anticoagulant. When I complained (for the patient) to receptionist about this she answered, "Stop hyperventilating, she waited five days and she's fine." I could go on with examples of sub par treatment, but I will simply advise against going to this office.

DR COLLINS OFFICE CANCELLED MY MOTHERS APPOINTMENT 2MONTHS AGO, WE HAVE TRIED TO R/S HER BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND NEVER DID, SO WE CALLED AND THEY EITHER HANG UP ON US OR LEAVE US ON HOLD UNTIL WE HANG UP TO START ALL OVER AGAIN, BUT ONE PHONE CALL TO DR AHMAD AND WE ARE IN, THANK YOU DOCTOR FOR SAVING THE DAY, AGAIN!

I can never get anyone on the phone to schedule my son's appointment!
