We had an emergency for my girlfriend that had an issue with her kidneys they saw us very promptly and within 2 hours took care of it gave us a shot for antibiotics and we were on our way later they found out that the antibiotic was not going to be effective so they called her back and admitted her everything was very smooth and very good. There is a $2 charge per parking for every 20 minutes so be aware of that but you get the first 20 minutes for free
I was admitted for chest pain from morning and they put me in a emergency room with a nurse that didnt even know where to plug the Help buzzer and left without help.. I had to yell to get help .., she never checked if i need to go to bathroom..I unhooked my self from the hearth monitor and blood pressure, etc to be able to go out of room for the use of rest room., all the young nurses acting so busy behind their computers or on phone and ignoring every patient's.. saying they are very busy.., yes busy setting behind their computer's and their phones and talking and laughing , enjoying themselves... My lungs was sore from trying to call out to get help. They made sure to act that they didnt hear me.. if called so many times to get attention, they gave me an attitude and said we heard you 1st time ... and still ignore me.. I was there from morning till 11.30 pm.. never had even a sip of water... Everytime came out to use rest rooms .., it was busy do had to wait ... but was told off to go to my room and dont wait in the hall way Explained.. rest rooms are occupied .. they were great to boss patients and order them around..like I am an staff that works for them and if don't obey will get fired... Keep waiting and waiting for getting the test for the blood clot .. every time try to approach and getting ignored .. or would tell me they are going to review my chart or text dr... then they vanish and hide behind their computer's.. Finally at 5.30 pm saw my dr that was really helpful and approached him about told him I am still waiting to getting the few tests for the blood clot that he had ordered ... At6.00 pm the orders were put through so was there till the new shift of nurses came along and had a wonderful angel nurse name Sam...God sender... so helpful , knowledgeable... came to my room and explained what kind of tests going to be done for me and tge results ... i never saw the evening Dr but Sam and his supervisor took care of me , my results were all good and was let to go home at 11.30 pm My hats off for Sam and his supervisor and the lady that did my ultrasound and the The imaging test .. the Gentleman in imaging test was very professional ..
My friend has been there in ICU and the doctors are great the nurses are great his health has improved they did a wonderful awesome job
