This review is solely based on the office staff. I honestly can't imagine how many patients stopped coming to this office due to the office staff. I can't even get anyone on the phone to complain properly to the office manager. Besides being hung up on by Taylor, my echo was cancelled a month ago. I rescheduled for today. Again I got a call this morning that my appointment was cancelled. This is actually insane. I schedule so many things around appointments, I take off work. I'm choosing to leave this practice. Just spoke to the office manager. She was very apologetic.
