If I could give them 0 stars I would. I didn't get as far as my appointment! I called to confirm my appointment and to ensure I would see a doctor and not a nurse (per the reviews on here). I advised the receptionist with the RUSSIAN accent that I read the reviews and I was concerned about who I would see. SHE FLIPPED OUT because I mentioned the reviews! She started screaming at me and talking over me. I was trying to let her know why I was calling and asked to let me please finish what I am saying. She said "No I will not listen, you are rude for talking about our reviews! I don't care you are rude! you shut up! you are stupid! You shut up!!!!" and then she hung up. I called back and she hung up again! I called back and asked for her supervisor and she said she doesn't have one. i asked her name and she said she doesn't have one. She said "I am here all alone so too bad for you!" then she hung up. She then let my calls go to voicemail. IF THIS DOCTOR WANTS TO SUCCEED HE BETTER FIRE HER! because if he accepts this person as being the face of his office on the front lines he is telling the world what his character is and what kind of doctor he is and if you value you your health and well being, DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!! KEEP LOOKING!!! THERE ARE PLENTY OF DOCTORS WITH AN ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF THAT HAS A BETTER BEDSIDE MANNER THAN THIS HORRID PERSON THAT ANSWERS HIS PHONES!!!!!! All these 5 star reviews had to be friends and family helping him out. Because I called the medical board and filed a complaint and it turns out this doctor has a negative history of complaints when it comes to his staff. &Now....they have one more to add to the list....
