Dr Kim is wonderful, been with him for many years. Unfortunately the office and support system has gotten so bad that you can't get appointments scheduled with the doctor, only with Nurse Practitioners that are not well trained. After a recent Heart operation I was told I could only see the NP and not the DR for a follow up. That NP had incorrect information about my blood pressure and rather than verify it or testing, chose to argue with me about it. Then that same NP says I must have a follow up appointment with the Dr at 6 months but when I go to the front to schedule it, the Dr is not available for 8 1/2 months. This is not a standard check and I would think the office would prioritize surgery follow up or have another HEART Dr fill in. Not Dr Kim's fault but the Medical Group is not staffed enough or with quality people.
