This man is very Exeptionly Gifted. Has 3 offices in susanville, Redding and Chico, He servers over 600 clients. If the phone is not pick up it is because he busy serving other Patients, has an emergency in the office or in emergancy surgery saving lives. If you cant reach Dr. Flescher and it is an energancy Call 911, go to ED or Rapid care. Please be respectful and do not tell him how to run his practice.
