Valley Medical Management

We have been working with Valley Medical management since August 2024. It has been a very positive relationship. They are very easy to work with and do an excellent job. Medical billing can be difficult but they are very good at what they do. Would definitely recommend them if someone is looking for a billing service.

I've been with 2 other billers prior to switching over to Valley Medical Management. I've been disappointed in the past with lack of communication, frequent denials, and delay in reimbursements which hurt our bottom line. A lot of times I don't even know what I'm paying for. There's been little feed back and guidance on what I can do to improve. VMM have been fantastic since the start. I've only been with them for 2 months and notice my collections significantly improved. All the things I thought would be a hurdle turned out to be not. That is who you need on your team - people who mean business. They know what they are doing.

Valley Medical Management has done our billing for Pacific Urgent Care for many many years. In all the Years we have had no issues. They are prompt with all billing concerns and questions we may have. Valley Medical Management takes the time to answer any billing inquires from our patients who belong to the practice. As a small private surgical practice, we have tried just about every model for RCM over the years. VMM has been with us for about 6 months, and their effort and communication has been excellent. Very responsive with quick followup, clear reporting, and capable problem solving. Highly recommend.
