We waited for over an hour to see Dr. Punnam. NO explanation, no apologies, just left us and many others in the waiting room for over an hour. And then the meeting with the doctor didn't last longer than five minutes. Showed little to no care. Barely listened to her heart

Dr. Punnam has saved my life twice since 2020. He doesn't rush into treatments unless it's critical to have something done. And he always keeps me apprised of what is happening and when things need to be done.
