Stockton Cardiology Medical Grp

Called for a stress test at the Stockton office as a follow up from Cardiologist. I called two times, one call a week. A week after the second call still no return call. My primary at Sutter Health made an appointment immediately for a week later.

So the first time I went here due to my Tachycardia, everyone was great. However, today, I accompanied my mom to her cardiology appointment, and the behavior of ALL the staff we encountered, except the Nurse who took her vitals, were absolutely appalling. The receptionist had an attitude, the doctor that we saw kept raising his voice at my mother, and basically invalidating her pain. I had the nurse get her a wheelchair as the pain in her chest has been intense, and gives her difficulty getting up, causing her pain. Her aggressively questioned her why she got the chair, and me and my mother had to say it wasn't her idea, it was mine. He disregarded that completely, and kept insinuating that my mother got the chair herself. He also claimed he had no clue why my moms PCP sent her there, but nearing the end of her appointment, he claimed he knew why: a stress test and an echo. That is unacceptable behavior, as we pay YOU to help us get better. EDIT: The Doctor that took care of my mom is David Lim. His approachability is nonexistent, customer service also nonexistent. He needs to retire ASAP if he doesn't care how he treats patients.

Here are my comments about my visit 1: Office waiting area is too small 2: The front desk staff is OK, but not friendly 3: Too long waiting time 4: I am very happy with Mr. William (Nuclear test Technologist). He was very professional and kept me informed of all steps. 5: No follow up date was provided. I had to call office to get one.

there is reason they have poor reviews , dr should given classes on how to talk and speak esp ramamakumar

I've only been seen twice and the first time was really fast, the second time I seen the echo tech ashlynn, I think she spells it like that . God knows but, she was very informative and sweet, gentle with the process and she was not upset with me chatting and informing her about my family and past including my stroke I had when I was 25 and I had it when It was my oldest nephews birthday.I felt so bad for having it on his birthday but I don't control my life and I can't tell God to not give me a stroke on his birthday but I don't control God. And when I called to reschedule my appointment because I was sick the schedule people were very understanding and nice I just love the person who I interactated with esriael? I think that is how he spells his name .But all in all good interactions were pleasant so far but, we will see in the future.
