I was helping someone else make an appointment. This place will not provide interpreter service if you don't speak English. They are only willing to provide interpreter service if you have a hearing disability. Even though their doctor speaks Chinese. They say the medical assistants don't speak Chinese. No ethical responsibility. No common curtesy. The staff even said if you don't have a interpreter, you cannot be seen. Then proceeded to ask me repeatedly if I want to cancel the appointment. I said No repeatedly and they just keep asking the same question. Very unprofessional.
