Patient
Do not go here. I've had my appointment be mixed up with another patient's, and to schedule/reschedule an appointment has been terrible as well. The two workers at the front desk are helpful to a fault, they give so much push back when it comes to YOUR OWN personal medical records or history and the attitude is so unnecessary and uncalled for. I went and saw. Dr. Ronald, he is callous, insensitive, and not a very good doctor to be frank. I had told him how the medication he had given me was too strong to the point I couldn't even hold my head up. He kept trying to convince me just to continue taking the medication even when it was making my body shut down. He then finally gives in and gives me a new medication, one that did nothing to help. The new medication given was similar to giving me a cup of water to stop a burning building, useless. I don't know if he was being petty (because I told him I couldn't take the medication) or is his head this was a good solution. Because of his detached approach, I am sicker than ever. I would never recommend anyone to go here. Ever. Ever. Ever. The two front desk employees need to get an attitude check, and Dr. Ronald, in my opinion, is too dismissive to be positively helping patients get better. This was my experience over multiple appointments and multiple times coming into the office for paperwork.
