Extremely Disappointed Doctor is great, but her staff do not seem to understand how people's insurance works and are very rude. On several occasions, we have been told there would not be additional charges after an office visit, either by the doctor or insurance, only to receive a bill in the mail weeks later. When trying to discuss billing issues with the office staff, we've been called liars, spoken to condescendingly and even mocked. "There's nothing I can do" seems to be their motto. A few other indiscretions from this office: -They cashed a check that our insurance sent to another doctor in the building. This took weeks to resolve, only after we discovered their mistake -They told us the wait time for an appointment would be 5 - 10 minutes despite a full waiting room. An hour later, they claimed they never told us the wait would be that short -They discounted one of their services, then told us that they are unable to remove additional charges despite other acknowledging the original discount We now have 4 documented cases where we were told one thing by the office staff, only to be told another by insurance. The staff will assure you with full confidence that there will be no more charges -even from insurance- knowing full well that you are likely to receive a bill in the mail. Avoid at all costs.
