There are truly not enough words to describe the gratitude and admiration I have for Dr. Babak Eghbalieh and his incredible team. Dr. Babak is one of the most kind-hearted, honest, and dedicated physicians I've ever met. His compassion, humor, and genuine care shine through in everything he does. From the very first visit, he made that heavy feeling of fear and worry in the pit of our stomachs feel lighter. His calm confidence and kindness bring a sense of peace that is truly rare in healthcare today. Working with Dr. Babak and his wonderful team has been an absolute blessing. They treat every patient and family member with respect, empathy, and warmth. It's clear that Dr. Babak's leadership and values create an environment where everyone from the front desk to the exam room cares deeply about people, not just patients. A special thank-you to Ashley, who makes managing appointments and communication so easy and smooth. Her kindness and professionalism reflect the heart of this entire office. The following is my review and recommendation of Dr.Babak (Bobby) Eghbalieh and his staff. Dr. Bobby is a knowledgeable and professional doctor and surgeon, and his bedside manner is terrific. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and then explains the solution in a comprehensive and easy to understand manner. I consider Dr. Bobby, who specializes in pancreatic issues, not only a great doctor/surgeon, but a friend. His assistant,, Brian Aldape, is a nurse practioner and is also very knowledgeable and friendly. The office staff is very professional and caring with respect to making initial appointments as well as follow-up appointments. I would give Dr. Bobby and his staff a five -star rating and my highest recommendation. Ken Guran

This was my very first surgery and my first time ever having sedation... I was so nervous! From start to finish, my experience couldn't have gone better. I really appreciated that the office has several locations around the Valley; I was seen at the Sherman Oaks and Tarzana offices before surgery, and the Porter Ranch location afterward. At every single office, the staff were kind, compassionate, and genuinely empathetic. On the day of surgery, I felt completely prepared and knew what to expect. The entire process went smoothly, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I honestly don't know how one of the best surgeons landed in my lap, but I'm so grateful he did!

As a Critical Care RN for decades I am a horrible patient. For more than 7 years I refused to seek medical advice for large lesions on my chest and arm. My family was disgusted with me. The lesions continued to grow, eventually impacting my life, and finally forcing me to become hospitalized. This was when I met Dr. Bobby. I was forced to face reality. He saw right through me the minute he walked in the room. This confident, kind, gentle surgeon gave me the information and bottom line I ignored for years. I had no idea who he was, his reputation, and experience. I was however reassured following his advice was in my best interest. Dr. Bobby removed the lesions, and continues to follow up. The surgical sites look beautiful, and the follow up care is excellent. His entire office staff is efficient, professional, warm and friendly. As a medical professional, and a patient I highly recommend Dr Bobby. I am so happy he found me.

I was having colon and lower intestine issues that put me in the ER. Following tests that showed an abscess on my colon and a fistula. I met with Dr. Babak Eghbalieh, "Dr. Bobby". He took.the time to educate me on my condition and medical issues. I was extremely fearful of the surgeries involved, but Dr. Bobby assured me I would be alright and he was going to take care of me. Using Laparoscopic/Robotic surgery I had colostomy surgery along with the repair to my bladder. Nine days later Dr. Bobby removed the catheter and I felt like a human again. Dr. Eghbalieh has not only held up to taking care of me, my fear is gone and I am confident that my life will be back to normal soon thanks to him. After an extensive search, I am extremely lucky to have found such a fine surgeon. Everyone from my General Practitioner, doctors in the ER and hospital, the nurses all said "if I had to have surgery, I would have Dr. Eghbalieh do it" Now I see why.
