This Dr is lazy and has all his nurses do 95% of his job for him. Made the decision for hospice care for my loved one over the phone. Let him pass on his own. Never met the Dr in person . I had Healthcare POA and it was like pulling teeth to get to speak to him . My loved one passed on 06/04/23 . I filed the death claim on his Life Insurance policy on 06/07 . There was a 1 page Physicians Statement I needed him to fill out and fax back to the insurance company for them to process the claim . 1 single page ! Simple . Faxed it in 4 different times in the last 45 days and nothing . His office continuously tells me he will give me a call. And he never does ! He is single handedly holding up the Life Insurance pay out. I'm sure he deals with Insurance Companies all the time . It's his job ! But if he feels he doesn't have to do something , he won't ! Ethically he is incompetent. And doesn't care about nothing else once the patient passes away .
