New review /Update: Speaking up about bad practices and policies works. As now the service has changed and is better. Phone people actually answer the phone now instead of never answering. And the staff is more professional handles things well. Good job turning it around. Feedback is an ongoing process, communicate and try to work things out. *** Old review: Rude. Unprofessional. Personal opinion gets in the way of doing the right thing. You think we don't notice, we do. Refusing to renew medications, why? Do better, less judgement and more service, that's YOUR JOB. I'd leave specifics but don't want retaliation, still I know there will likely be retaliation, so be it.

Worse clinic. Ever since they switched to Adventist it's poor patient service. Called this office everyday to switch my medication which was submitted first to incorrect pharmacy and now incorrect format. It's frustrating and left several voicemails. I asked for manager and left her message and never heard anything back from her. First you don't get appointment in months out and then patient is calling nonstop for prescription. Worse management who never follow up on the voicemail. Girls in office are very rude over the phone and transferred me 5 times and had to repeat 5 different people and problem is still the same. It's been over two weeks and issue is still not resolved.

I drive 40 miles just to receive care from Dr Komin. That's how good of a physician I feel he is. It's his receptionist staff that is so rude. Bad enough to raise my blood pressure before being seen. A new person I'd never seen before, and I have to go in once every month. For someone, like myself who has mental illness issues, it was quite triggering today for me. And, it lasted until I got out of the parking lot to go home. Having to take time just to go see a doctor, isn't a favorite for most people. Add the rudeness from a receptionist's, so called welcome, isn't a perk to ones well being either. I don't want to find another doctor, but I sure as hell won't keep my mouth shut, if it happens again. And, if it does, I will take it personal. Because my name will be shown and the review be made public, I will consider it discrimination. I already feel like it was anyways. Attitude, for no good reason, should not be tolerated in a place that is nesessary to visit, for ones betterment.

Dr Komin, is kind. I don't know why he misdiagnosed my breathing problem. I was refused a breathing treatment, eventhough I presented with low oxygen and was struggling to breathe. Finally, I asked for copies of my records. Then went to the hospital and got copies of those records. I found I had high esinophil count, interstitial lung fluid etc. So, I sent myself to a pulmonary doctor and was diagnosed with a lung condition that requires me to be on oxygen. I endured months of ill treatment by his staff. They are extremely rude and are clueless as to why I would respond in kind. I think misdiagnosis and failure to treat put patients in danger.
