Dr. Joe Torres is the worst doctor you can go to. He's a very arrogant, self-centric person who couldn't even order a proper urinalysis test in order to rule out a simple UTI that could've been prevented from getting worse if he did his job in the first place. Knew about proper treatment for my cause and he still prescribed one single pill when I needed a treatment of 5. In order for me to keep going back and paying to see how useless he was. I hope he rots in hell and he shouldn't even be a doctor if he can't do these simple steps.

ladies at the front desk are rude and show attitude for no reason. wrote wrong information on my papers such as date of birth, wait times are excessive over an hour waiting in the private room. Went to pick up some paper work and wasn't even done- the one old chubby lady is rude and yells out the problems you have as well as making various facial expressions. During the height and weight check the MA's walk in like nothing after 1-2 knocks. Overall don't come here and save yourself some time and stress.
