I had been in for a checkup and had my bloodwork done, my medicines needed refill, Dr Agatep said he would call them in, he didnt, i called the office and they said they would send the request to the doctor and i could pick them up at the pharmacy the next day....still no refills, it had been a week now and i called again, the receptionist said the authorization had been sent to the pharmacy.... When i went to the pharmacy, this being the third time, still no refills. THIS IS THE WORSE DOCTOR EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD....BEING A DOCTOR MYSELF, I NEVER TREATED A PATIENT WITH SUCH BLATENT DISREGUARD....THIS DOCTOR IS FULL OF HIMSELF Funny thing is that when i was in for my yearly recall appointment another patient was complaining about the same thing!!!

Dr Agatep is awesome. He and his group of doctors are the best team by far. Dr Agatep always goes through tests in detail and gives you a plan(to do list) to work on to stay healthy. Very personable and we love him and his team.

Dr. A is better than a rockstar to our family. Additionally, he treats two of our sisters and their large families. He's very professional and intelligent with just the right spark of wittiness for those of us who may get a little nervous at doctor offices. We highly recommend this super hero doctor!

I've only seen him once, but I've seen my fair share of doctors (unfortunately). Sadly, most are non compassionate and treat you like an inconvenience. You wait 30-60 minutes for your scheduled appt yet they don't have 10 minutes to give you undivided attention. Well, that was NOT my experience with Dr. Agatep. He was very thoughtful, informative and listened to my concerns. I left the office feeling as though all my concerns were addressed and any issues that required lab work or referrals were set in motion. I recommended him to my husband for the next dr. visit he needs. A+ so far to this Dr.

I was afraid to go to a new Family Doctor after Dr. John Turner retired. I was referred to Dr. Agatep by another Doctor. He really cared and took his time with me. He gave me excellent advice. He is young, knowledgeable,energetic ,competent and very nice! I couldn't be happier.
