Scripps Clinic Santee

Came here to visit the clinic and was very impressed. Greeted by the front office staff who were very friendly and helpful. Also was greeted by the supervisor Marion who also was very kind and helpful while I was there. The paediatric rooms were very nice and artsy, very warming to see the kids go in and be excited for it. Would definitely return again.

Both Dr. Alice Chang and her medical assistant, Rhuth V., are wonderful to partner with. I have enjoyed getting to know them both as they truly care about their patients during a visit, call, email, or follow-up. They greet you with a smile and provide excellent care year after year. I highly recommend Scripps Santee!

Dr. Alice Chang and her medical assistant Rhuth is super awesome and nice always answering all my questions and super helpful in all my needs always making sure everything is good. Also the pediatrician Kimberly Sprague is awesome with the kids. My girls loved their visit with her. All the staff is friendly and helpful at the scripps clinic in santee.

When I went to schedule a wellness appointment it said it had to be in person. Waited a few weeks for an appointment. PA called out and they told me in the vm to call them back. I was at work and couldn't go through their very long automated directory to get ahold of someone. So inconvenient to not call the clinic directly. I check my portal no messages. Apparently they messaged me about 6 minutes later. The appointment is now a video call and get this, I can't be helped with the issues I want to be seen for because they need to be in person. I wasted time, PTO, gas and ruined my mood. Now I wait another week to be seen!
