Dr. Patel came highly recommended although I have come to question his ability. A good friend of mine was also a patient of his and she had Emergency triple bypass surgery. She was a patient of his for well over 10 years. Why didn't he diagnose it? His associate, Ms. McFadden lied to me about the side effects of a medication and quoted an old lab test, Rather than the newer better lab test, which would not require additional medications. Beware.

I never met Dr. Patel but the admin needs help. The people I spoke to were rude and incompetent. I was shocked to be hung up on and mocked over the phone for absolutely no reason. It also took me four times calling back to get an appointment. I decided to cancel it because I no longer feel safe entering this practice after my experience with reception.

Dr. Patel may be a good doctor, but his administrative team is truly a disaster. For one month I have been trying to get an appointment-- twice they said they had the referral and would contact my doctor for my records and call me (two weeks later NO CALL) Now they say they don't even have the referral. What a mess. A person could have a heart attack trying to navigate the incompetency. The right hand definitely doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

Dr. Patel has been terrific. My primary care physician referred me to NCMA Cardiology for routine tests. After some abnormal results, Dr. Patel ordered some immediate in-hospital procedures. Scary stuff! Dr. Patel walked me through everything calmly and has followed up religiously. My health has been good and I know that I am in good hands.
