I have seen both Jonathan NP and Jerrold PA for various reasons. both Jon and Jerrold are very professional, knowledgable, kind, and thorough with their care. This is probably the best urgent care clinic I have experienced. If you call you can schedule yourself a same day appointment and the in-and-out time can take less than 15 minutes.
All of the providers were very compassionate, professional and thoughtful; ensuring I received the care that was appropriate and communicated in a manner that ensured I understood. The MA/nurse, the radiology tech and Dr. Wetmore (sp?) were excellent!!!! Thank you!
The wait time was short. Doctors were professional and friendly. I was correctly diagnosed and my prescriptions were electronically sent to my pharmacy and they were ready when I got there. Perfect!
I got a same day appointment for an issue that scared me, so I was very grateful. I was afraid I was losing hearing in my one good ear. And time was a factor. I saw the Nurse Practitioner who gave me a short Rx of steroids and she saw nothing that worried her. I think I'm fine.
Doc was very dismissive of conditions. Talked to me for less than 2 mins then without even looking at the problem area he (metaphorically) tossed some useless over the counter pills at me and left. I get you arent a primary physician, but come on I came for help after months of trying to heal on my own and you gave me the equivalent of advil.
