They cancel appointments day of for being short staffed. If you go there for prenatal care they have you pee in a cup but don't actually test for anything unless they see a need, so don't assume no news is good news. Doctor and staff are nice but it feels like they are working with nothing and gives free clinic vibes. If your insurance let's you go somewhere else definitely do that instead because you will probably get better care outside of this system.
Nightmare. The doctor who examined me left the company without notifying me. No one was able to help me get my test results. I was over billed which took months to resolve and which was erroneously sent to collections. I finally went to the office to try to speak to someone and the office was completely vacant and had moved. This place is a joke, a joke which is not funny. Would not recommend going here under any circumstance
