I am writing this for my mother who has been under Dr. Lai's care for many years. She feels very lucky to have Dr. Lai as her doctor and feels he is very knowledgeable, always answers all of her questions and provides superior medical care. Dr. Lai has been her primary care physician for an on-going medical condition for years and has always been on-point. She adores his staff, as they are always efficient, caring and kind.

Dr. Lai is a wonderful, caring and thoughtful doctor. He's been my primary care doctor as well as gastroenterologist for the past 15 years, and my wife and children have seen him as well. I always appreciate his informed advice about treatment and prescriptions. And his staff is extremely helpful as well. I would highly recommend Dr. Lai to anyone.

Dr.Lai is great! Listened to my concerns. It's rare to find a doctor who actually listens to his patients and explains things in layman's terms. The office is beyond helpful and friendly. I would totally recommend him and his office.

I scheduled an appointment for 10:15am and waiting 40 minutes until I was told that I would need to pay an additional $150 (in addition to my copay) before seeing the doctor. If Dr. Lai and his office staff is aware that they have this extra fee in regard to high deductibles, they should collect insurance information prior to the appointment instead having patients wait for almost an hour, only to hit them with an unexpected charge. Terrible experience and a waste of my morning.
