Resolution Advanced Imaging Center

Even though the staff was incredibly nice, but when I arrived on time there was a note posted "out to lunch will be back in 30 minutes". I double checked my appointment time. I arrived on time. I had to wait 40 minutes...

Once I got it sorted out how to make the appointment, I was in and out in no time. Staff was friendly, procedure was quick and efficient. Because of this simple fact, I saved lots when parking. Professional, friendly, efficient. I wish most businesses would run this way. It would make things so much better.

I had a very pleasant time at Parkview Imaging/ Radnet Advanced Imagining. The lady with short dark hair and glasses was delightful and curtious with me when she greeted me. It was refreshing to have a person smile at me when I arrived. The technician was also patient and knowledgeable. It was a good experience over all.

Do not believe this is part of the Cedars system. I honestly felt like I was in a Third World country. It was dirty and the state of this repair and when I went to get my MRI, they had me put my valuables, including my wallet in the locker...unlocked...in the center of a hall.?? I was so annoyed by the experience I actually took pictures See below

My mom is always a wreck when it comes to these kinds of appointment but the kindness, care and professionalism provided by every single person here kept her calm, cool, collected! A special thanks to Nelson (DHXA tech) you made my mom's appointment the success it was!! Keep up your incredible bedside manner. To the young lady at the receptionist desk with the cute polka dot nails - thank you for taking us and registering my mom even though we were super early.
