Brent J. Michael, MD - Primary Care Physician

It's true that sometimes you have to wait for a couple of hours, but Dr. Michael is truly worth the wait. He is amazing--he genuinely wants to get to know me as a patient, understand how to make me healthier, and, most importantly, he remembers my personal situation and how it evolves over time. This is a much better experience than at other doctor's offices, where the person who sees you changes every day and doesn't know who you are.

I want to see Dr Brent Michael October 1st I waited a little while and then they started doing all these tests on me and then I found out the doctor wasn't even there. I went back the next Thursday 4 days later for my test results and waited over an hour for him. They gave me an EKG he told me I was going to have a stroke or a heart attack and I was pre-diabetic. He talked very technically and said he was going to change my medications and he made fun of my previous doctor. That was a Thursday by Thursday evening I still had not received my new medications I called and they said they would check on it. The next day was Friday the 5th of October I probably call them three or four times they said they would look into it they never got back to me. I have panic disorder I told him that several times the doctor never bother calling me back. I never got new medication or a phone call back. The weekend passed passed and is now Monday and no phone calls back from them.This man is enamored with himself. I will be calling WellCare to tell them I need to change doctors and this man should not be practicing medicine in any conditions. I'm 76 years old and an event many doctors especially a very special one for 37 years who unfortunately retired. Stay away from him. So I have suffered for 5 days with panic disorder and depression.

This doctor is extremely creepy and should not be practicing!! This doctor made comments about my body unrelated to treatment. He did not explain why physical contact was necessary when touching me in unrelated areas. This is the most uncomfortable experience of my life. I questioned making a run for it halfway through the appointment because i was genuinely scared. Was asking about my sex life and further intimate details. DO NOT VISIT HERE

This is my first ever google review I am writing because this office has been a complete waste of my time. I scheduled an initial appointment that was confirmed the day before and got canceled day of, which I totally understand. I rescheduled an appointment for later in the week, which again got confirmed. I arrived early to the office to fill out my forms, and was sent to a room to wait there for an hour with no one coming to check up on me. After waiting for an hour, I walked to the front desk to ask how long the wait would be, and they informed me it would be at least another 40 minutes, which I wouldn't have known if I didn't ask myself. Don't go here unless you would like to waste your time sitting in a room.

Furthermore, his proactive approach in facilitating my treatment has been invaluable. Thank you for your unwavering commitment and dedication to patient care.
