There are a few women who work the front desk and answer phones in certain departments who are not very friendly oriented with customers . I have had great experiences with the medical team and doctors so far . Huge shout out to Antoinette !! She is compassionate about her job. The medical field needs more people like her; eager to help the community

Jaydeen Morris is awesome. She is a great listener and really helpful. Thanks for your meticulous and thoughtful work . They need to allow the patient to be able to text the office for notes to return to work and other information. The text service they have is one way but they should allow e mail and I know that's a liability . Thank you, Daniel Klein

Whenever I visit this office, the front desk employees are always friendly and helpful. I am actually a patient of Kay Moreland, who works with Dr. Hole. She is everything you would want in a medical professional...kind, caring, knowledgeable and thorough. Denyse the medical assistant makes all patients feel comfortable and welcome. We are lucky to have this medical team in our community.

I have had the worst time trying to schedule appointments or get responses with this office. If you have 4-6 weeks to wait for an appointment or to get a response, you'll be okay here. However, if you get a diagnosis that requires real attention, don't hold your breath. The staff will leave you voicemails, but are not available to talk to you when you call back. They may even answer their phone at lunch to tell you they can't talk to you, because they are on lunch. The doctors and nurses are very likable, but the staff needs training and an overhaul.

This is the best doctors office I have ever been too. The doctors are great. The girls in the office are awesome and pleasant. They have always taken care of me . Thanks to all of them in this office. I work for a dental office and know how one should be run and they are top Notch.
