Central Coast Comprehensive Cardiovascular Imaging

This is the second time I have been referred to this office and the second time no one has called me back to make an appointment. Honestly the lady that does their voice message sounds irritated to even have to do that and apparently only one person can schedule an appointment for you? I have never heard of a Dr's office not wanting to schedule an appointment but it seems like whomever schedules the offices appointments really does not want to contact anyone that they get referrals from. I am asking my Dr to refer me to another Dr. as this office obviously does not need any more patients. 12/17/2025-in response to your response, yes it is the correct place and I faxed it over personally ALSO if there was a question wouldn't it be the appropriate thing as a business to pick up the phone and call the patient back to ask questions?!?!? whatever I had my referral transferred and judging by the response I am thankful I did

Terrible front office staff, they have a designated person who schedules. She doesn't answer calls or follows up, they lose orders faxed over. Just extremely unprofessional, especially working in the cardiologist field where so many patients are needed to be seen in a timely manner. This is the biggest issue in medical field unfortunately, the office staff which should be the least.

A well run office,I was treated well and had all my questions answered.Friendly receptionists,nice clean & comfortable.
