Timely availability. Timely intake. Pleasant staff. Kind and thoughtful Physician. Got right to the issue. Also delivered current vaccinations in the exam room, and picked up the prescription in 15mins before heading hime. What a great group of people. What a pleasure.

Love how new the office is. The staff is super friendly and I was seen immediately, even though I was a few minutes late! As part of my visit I got three vaccinations and four blood draws. It was over so quickly. I really enjoyed the expertise of the nurse and the effortlessness of the entire experience. Five stars

I just went with my girlfriend because she was directed to come here to pick up a knee brace, and it literally took a full 50 minutes. They checked her in for an appointment and then forgot about her, admitting 8 or so patients ahead of her. Most of them had come in and checked in afterwards, so we were confused why it was taking so long especially since all they needed to do was give us the brace. After like 45 minutes she asked the front desk person what's going on with the appointment that was 30 minutes ago, and it was as if they had no idea what was going on. They promptly gave her the brace without even giving her a room and then we left. It could have taken 5-10 minutes, we got there early by 10-15 minutes or so and the place was empty except for 2 people in the waiting room. Very disappointed with this experience and I wasn't even the person in active pain.

Dr. Ethan Jose at the Kaiser Santa Cruz office was very competent and an active listener. He answered all questions in full. The doctor also did not cause me to feel rushed and even went a bit beyond the allotted appointment time. The professional who drew blood for testing acted competently and efficiently, while also being quite personable.

My doctor, Dr. Dharmasena, was warm and very informative. This was the best experience I've ever had with a gynecologist , and I was pleased to meet her.
