Loved Dr Sandhu (he has now moved offices) but the front desk staff could use some work. I've had unanswered messages, no follow up and rude tone when asking basic questions. It's impossible to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. They either need more doctors or a better front desk staff or maybe both.

I've been playing phone tag with them for at least two weeks trying to set up a follow up appointment after my consult. Every time it's "I'll have to ask his medical assistant" or "I'm waiting on a note for your chart" and "can I call you back later today/tomorrow?" Mostly they don't call back and I have to try contacting them yet again. Also the number on Google still shows up on caller ID as "Cypress Medical Center" and is different from the one they've used when they call me back. I've tried both numbers daily this week.

Dr. Johnson is a very caring and professional cardiologist. He's always made me know that he cares about me as a patient and he always remembers who I am no matter how long since my last appointment. I definitely recommend him as a cardiologist.

The tech that did my heart stress test was amazing. That being said, there are a few things that disappointed me about this office: 1) when I showed up for my appt, they were running 45mins behind. Especially due to COVID, they could have easily called me to let me know. 2) They don't do telehealth appts. Essentially the doctors randomly call with test results, which doesn't allow for a scheduled conversation.

I had a very nice experience with the tech there she was amazing and very professional in the work that she does I personally recommend her to my family and friends thank you so much and the staff there wonderful personal that care thanks again for Joseph Lucero
