Facey Medical Group - Canyon Country

Facey Medical Group Canyon Country has been a trusted healthcare partner for our non-profit, Suenos de Yarali. The professionalism and care of the doctors and nurses have always supported us and our children's programs. The friendly and efficient behavior of the lab and radiology staff has made checkups and health screenings very smooth. The front desk staff has also been helpful the appointment scheduling and guidance process was very easy for us. Healthcare is an important part of our mission, and Facey Medical Group's services have ensured reliable and timely medical support for our children and families.

This review is based strictly on the young women who was working the front desk on Wednesday 9/3/25 at around 12:30pm. I'm sorry I didn't get her name to acknowledge her personally. We were receiving the run around from multiple medical facilities this day, and had been back and forth to a few different offices, none of which were competent or helpful in an important situation. We were waiting on an authorization and had been for hours. We walked in and checked with her, and she had not received anything. We sat down in the waiting room and proceeded to make additional calls. After about 10 min she came out to us to ask a few more questions and we handed her the order (originally meant for another office that did not accept the insurance). Within minutes she had the approval, x-ray completed and we were out of there. Now while this may seem like a small act, her job nonetheless. She turned a day of high emotion, and stress, into extreme gratitude. Healthcare is a nightmare more often than not, so this employee deserves recognition for her kindness and performance. She is clearly one of few who knows what needs to be done. Extremely thankful she was the one working the front desk.

I'm currently at this location. I asked how many people were in front of me she said four. I asked if my senior citizen status would expedited lab work. She said we don't do that here. I informed her it is on the website. She said she didn't know anything about that. Your employees should be knowledgeable about your website and policy. Description: Heavy set with raggedy teeth. Working check in desk. I never had a unpleasant experience at this location until today.

I had a very positive experience so far having been there only once. All persons from clerk, to medical assistant, to provider were excellent in their services. They were very courteous, respectful, and professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was also seen in a very timely manner, and only 2-3 minute wait for blood draw and X-ray. I was in and out of my entire visit in an hour having seen my excellent provider, having blood taken and an X-ray. I have only positive things to say of my experience there.

I wish I could give this place no stars. Absolutely the most useless medical office in all of Santa Clarita. Doctors that have zero knowledge about anything and all they do is prescribe medication and see you a year to a year and a half later. Appointments are 3 to 4 months out like they expect you to stay sick and in pain while you wait for your appointment time.
