I have almost 10 year old hearing aids from another provider (change of ownership meant they wouldn't service my existing devices.) I was afraid I would have to get new hearing aids. Dr. Bolder gave me comprehensive tests and so much information about my current hearing ability. Then he updated my existing aids and the software and tuned them up right in front of me. WOW! I had no idea how much I was missing! He spent a good hour of his day helping me hear so much better, without requiring new devices, and instructing me in keeping them operating at optimum levels. Audiology Associates has a new client for life!

The service that Audiology has provided is always the Best. The audiologist was able to diagnose the extent of my hearing loss. They submitted to the insurance company requesting two high quality hearing aids. They adjusted them periodically with specialized software. When they were not working they sent them back for repair at no cost to me. I have a regular scheduled appointments with my audiologist who checks on my hearing. Moreover, when the insurance company did not provide two replacement hearings. They filed an appeal which was denied. I provided the details, and they helped with the independent medical review that I filed. The result is I am going to two excellent hearing aids two generations better than my current ones. I saw Kevin Bolder, Au.D.,for my audiology consult. I must say Kevin is an outstanding audiologist and my appt was one of the most informative medical appts I have ever experienced. Any and all questions are answered with thorough explanations. All testing, reports, and results were explained in detail. My only regret is that Kevin informed me that I will not need a follow-up with him for a couple of years unless my hearing health changes! There was no hearing aid sales pitch not only because I do not need one at the present time but more over Kevin is a trustworthy Audiologist! He is one of the most personable medical people I have met. Thank you Kevin for being available to the local community!
