I am currently pregnant, and throughout my visits I have seen many different OB doctors. Each time, the appointments felt more like routine protocol rather than moments where I truly felt heard, supported, or safe. Accidentally, I had an appointment with Dr. Leiva, and the experience was completely different. I finally felt safe and genuinely cared for. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and took the time to recheck things with extra caution instead of assuming everything was fine just by looking. Her approach made me feel understood and respected, and it gave me confidence in my care. I am very grateful for her.

Dr. Job is the best doctor I have ever had! Dedicated, incredibly brilliant, focused, patient, kind, patient-centric. But the best thing about Dr. Job is that he listens and is willing to work with you on the best solutions. He does not push you to do things his way he is very collaborative and where there is disagreement, he explains his reasoning thoroughly so you understand what is best for you. We are so lucky to have him! And for sure Kaiser is very lucky to have him!

Dr. Yau is an amazing physician. She appreciates that I take an active role in my health and well-being. She listens to me and provides valuable feedback on my concerns, since I don't bother her with anything that I haven't tried to resolve myself. I know she appreciates that I take her advice to heart and follow through to achieve my healthcare goals. Our partnership works. I trust her.

Dr. Desai turned what I initially felt nervous about into a truly positive experience. He took the time to clearly explain what to expect, outlining the pros and cons in an objective and easy-to-understand way. His thorough explanations helped me fully understand the procedure and how it could benefit me. I really appreciated how knowledgeable, patient, and supportive he was throughout the process, allowing me to make an informed and confident decision.

Dr. Santoro was great! He explained things thoroughly and has a wonderful calmness about him that really made the experience of walking through surgical options less stressful. He also drew a diagram to help me better understand what was going to happen and offered options and medical advice that felt grounded. He was very open to the questions from my squad of children who were in the room with me! Considering the topic was cancer, it was so much better than I ever expected.
