The towels for patient use in the rooms are old and worn out. The staff was great. You could tell they liked their jobs and they were there to help the patients. They were polite, respectful, and well trained for their particular duties and positions. The ones I spoke to all seemed interested in advancing their education and knowledge. Their communication with the doctors and with each other seemed very efficient, timely, and thorough. The food was significantlyabove average for hospital food. It was by far the best hospital stay I have experienced.

I was extremely pleased with my experience at the cardiology center. First, my echocardiogram was very thoroughly. I was confident my eco technician had done a great job. I've had a dozen of these over the years so I think I'm in a good position to recognize the difference. Dr. Kumar took the time to examine my Eco test results and review my recent blood work. I always feel like he's looking out for me. When I started to look for a new cardiologist in Santa Barbara a couple years ago, I did my homework. I spent my career in healthcare and appreciate the difference a really well trained cardiologist can make. He certainly deserves the respect he has in the medical community.

10 stars if Dr Kumar is involved! Best cardiologist I've ever found. His assistant Sarah was wonderful as well. She's so nice, so competent! Really a first rate experience. The contrast with Sansum is blinding! Over there I always put my two hands to my mouth and make the sound of a steer going to slaughter. I mean that! Your efficient, friendly atmosphere is night and day from that processing plant. From the telephones to the Dr., everything is quick, friendly and competent. The contrast is amazing.

Wonderful office staff, medical assistants & doctor! Short waiting time, plenty of time for reviewing my history as this was my first visit. Dr. Ahmed was great. I love having a Women's Cardiac Clinic!

From my first step onto the second floor until I departed, there was a prevalent attitude that was very subtle. It took me a while to figure it out. Every person I interacted with was professional, helpful and well trained. Your special ingredient, that I haven't seen throughout an entire practice, is KINDNESS. Not a demonstrative thing, simply an underlying characteristic everyone appears to have. Great visit. Please share with your staff.
