Dr Cohen was good. It's the staff that is really horrible. I can't get through to ask questions. They take a message and you don't hear back from mom for 234 up to seven days and I have to call back. I have a serious situation with my heart and it's been terribly disappointing to try and get answers from my questions, you really have to stay on top of our staff because I am in tears trying to reach them and I've tried all three offices. Irvine is the worst whoever answers the phone is very cold.

This place is awful. I needed to move my appointment. Called yesterday and someone put me on hold. I was on hold for 25 mins. Hung up called again and no one answered. Called again today. After the phone range for 6 mins someone picked up and tried to put me on hold again. Told them know and I needed to cancel the appointment. They then tried to charge me for canceling last minute. I will not be going back here. Terrible customer service. Oh and apparently my cardiologist isn't there anymore so they gave me someone else too. What a joke

I'm not one to praise or shame businesses. That said, I have to really thank Dr Cohen and his staff for really going out of their way for my care.
Christina called me over the weekend (on a SUNDAY) to help me with some questions I had. She also made sure I was mailed some some compression socks without me even having to ask. She is OUTSTANDING. She, Dr Cohen and the entire staff have always gone out of their way for me. I want them to know they are VERY appreciated.

I don't know what to say. Dr Cohen is a competent doctor and so are the staff. Everyone in both the Santa Ana and Irvine offices are friendly and helpful. I was especially pleased that no problem occurred with scheduling my pacemaker monitoring after I changed my appointment on short notice,

I came to see Dr. Cohen when I could not get care in my own state. He was very thorough and ordered multiple tests. I fly down to get everything done that I need too and am starting to finally get answers since being hospitalized in my own state for a week in 2020 with failure on the doctors parts for urgency and answers for me. I would highly recommend Dr. Cohen to anyone looking for quality care..
