I always enjoy my experiences at Kaiser San Mateo. It's super easy to schedule and check in for appointments. Appointments are on time and the staff is lovely (most recently, Julie and Dr. Mazidi). I received very helpful information and guidance, didn't feel rushed, and most importantly, I felt cared for.
All the staff in the X-ray department were considerate and very professional. I was in significant pain and they moved me from one position to another without discomfort. Kaiser makes getting tests and labs easy and more importantly, the results are often available quickly. Kaiser is a complete system that allows you to move easily from the doctor's office to X-rays to blood tests, etc.
I had a problem with my legs for a few months. Nothing helped, my friends suggested acupuncture. I am a member of Kaiser for many years and I never heard about acupuncture department. After very first visit I felt much better. They called me with the next appointment the moment they had opening. And second appointment was great. Jenn Keys was great, she explained all the process and what to expect, she answered all my questions and I am very thankful. I wish I was advised to use acupuncture months before. Maybe it would save me some anguish.
