She always takes the time to explain our diagnoses clearly and answers our questions in a way we can easily understand. She also takes the initiative to follow up on our health. In September, when my husband began experiencing eye and headache issues that led him to the ER, Dr. Wan reached out to us proactively and arranged for William to visit her so she could check on him personally.
